The Act provided that the case price and hire purchase price be shown to the customer to choose. It also provided that if the hire purchase pays up to the cost, the seller should not reclaim the article except through a count order among other provision.

Price Control Decree of 1977 – This is the amended one of 1970. This decree brought about price control board set up to regulate price of certain goods in Nigeria after the civil war.

(e)              Food and Drug – This was promulgated to regulate the manufacture, sale and advertisement of foods, drugs, cosmetics and other related products. The federal Government created the dept of food and drug in the health ministry to enforce the provisions of this act in 1970 over the functions of this department.

HP 1200 small lower orange light blinking

I have a hp 1200 the engine turns when powered up and all sound good,however the small lower orange light blinking.

Press the GO button and all three lights on.

Door closed,with cartridge inside, no jamed paper.

Cartridges are good working in another known good 1200.

It drives me crazy!

Any idea?
Is there anything that I forgot to and should try?

Since then the problem happens till now.
